Using this information, I create a structured exercise program tailored specifically to your condition, movement limitations, abilities, and personal goals.

Step 3: Guided Delivery & Ongoing Reassessment

From there, we work together through each session with one-on-one support. You’ll receive ongoing guidance, motivation, and technique correction to ensure you feel confident, safe, and progressing at the right pace. A reassessment will be completed every 8–12 weeks to track your progress.
